How do you view stereographic photos in 3D?
No glasses, no app, just your eyes and a little practice. Everything here is shot on the Stereo Realist and arranged for the cross-eyed method: hold a fingertip in front of the image, cross your eyes until the two halves overlap in the middle, and let the 3D pop into place. Tip for viewing stereograph cards on your phone
If you’re viewing these on a phone or tablet, turn your device sideways so the image rotates and takes up the majority of the screen. This will help your eyes adjust to viewing these images.
Tip for viewing stereograph cards on desktop
If you’re viewing these on a desktop and having troubles viewing because the images are too large, try making the image smaller by shrinking the screen. Sometimes our eyes get overwhelmed.
